Domestic Orders

FREE Domestic shipping on all orders over $75 (orders within US only)

Delivery can take up to 7-10 days depending on your location.

We offer three shipping methods:

  • Local delivery- $5

  • Domestic Standard (free for orders over $75) - $5

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery

We will re-deliver, replace or refund the item (at your option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We take no such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Change of Mind Returns

  • We want you to have a great experience with Blossom Candles. We accept returns within 30 days of dispatch, provided products are unused and in resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email blossomcandleco@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return.

  • Keep all of the original packing material as this is an important part of our product, and we’ll provide you with instructions.

Faulty Items

  • We want you to be happy with your Blossom Candles Purchase. If there is any issue with your order please email blossomcanleco@gmaiil.com with information and/or images detailing the issue and someone from our customer service team will be in touch. We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty items. Photo’s must be supplied.

  • Please note that due to the limited supply of our products the item that you have purchased may have sold out and a full refund will be supplied.

Delivery

  • Please note we are not responsible for any damage or melting once our candles have been delivered successfully. We take care when delivering, so it's your responsibility after. Do not leave the candles out in the sun directly, or outside for long periods of time.

REDUCE + REUSE + RECYCLE

We know how many of you were asking for options to reuse and recycle your candles, so we now offer two options: Starting 5/1/21

  • Recycle: bring back your old Blossom Candles glass nice and clean for us to reuse or recycle and you’ll get a 10% discount on your next purchase

  • Refill: bring back your Blossom Candle glass for us to fill it again with your favorite scent and you’ll get 20% off

  • Location: TBA
